All litigants should have equal access to the civil justice system regardless of socio-economic status.  Proselitigants are not exercising their right to counsel—they are exercising constitutional of self-representation.  “This do it yourself approach” has overwhelmed our nation’s judicial systems. 




Unrepresented litigants are denied equal protection under law and access to due process of law; and the right to litigate because of income inequality.  Moreover, “proselitigant's struggle for access to justice” is a 'challenge of the future'—the statistics are startling as illustrated below as follows:
